2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (where available). Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer three simple options (delivery times are business days, excluding weekends & holidays):

  • Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20
  • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders – threshold shown clearly at checkout)
  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) is available on qualifying orders (the minimum amount, if any, will display transparently at checkout).

5. What is your return policy? We want every baby (and parent) happy! Enjoy 30-day returns on unused items in original condition with tags/packaging. Most returns include a prepaid label. If damaged or wrong size, we cover return shipping and make it right with a refund or exchange.
